How To: Install a .apk file on your Android Phone

Here is a small guide how to download and install APK files to your Android Phone.

Using Android Phone
* Install Apps Installer from the Android Market on your Phone.

* Download it here or use the android market.

//Note: If it downloads as txt, get Dolphin Browser!

* Open Apps Installer on your Android Phone and then find and install the application.

Using PC:

- Install Apps Installer from the Android Market on your Phone.

- Download the apk file from http://www.android-zone.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to your PC/Laptop/Mac.

- Connect your Android Phone to your PC/Laptop/Mac with a USB Cable.

- Transfer the previously downloaded file from your PC/Laptop/Mac to the root of your Android Phone.

- Disconnect the USB Cable from your Android Phone.

- Open Apps Installer on your Android Phone and then find and install the application.

I installed the apk file from my Note (moved the apk file to my Note's root) then when trying to run it I get (Please insert your SD card containing IGO content files) so I copied the IGO folder to my memory card but still get this message. I copied it to my root on phone but now I click IGO app and nothing happens. Can anyone help please?

Copy igo folder and apk file to your external sd card ... install igo application ... then start igo. You must have at least one map in mao folder.

I've got loads of rar files, don't they need to be 1 file? How do I get them all together?

Copy igo folder and apk file to your external sd card ... install igo application ... then start igo. You must have at least one map in mao folder.

I installed like you wrote, but nothing works. I got again the massage (and i've a map in the map folder!), Igo can not be started, please try another applikation. Dismiss.
And again, in the first Popup is to read: Missing or incomplete folder: /data/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/license

I download this file in my android device and install it but it's not work and show some error.
